"Our care of the child should be governed, not by the desire to make him learn things, but by the Endeavour always to keep burning within him that light which is called intelligence". - Maria Montessori
The early years of education lays the foundation for lifelong learning and influences later development and learning of young children. Quality experiences in the early years have been found to make a difference in the future learning of children. Children are naturally curious, active and competent learners. Based on this fact, the curriculum framework for our children at Royal Global School aims to build the foundation to achieve the outcomes of education by helping them to acquire knowledge and skills through the six learning areas as well as positive disposition towards learning. According to the educational needs of today, as summed up by Maria Montessori, "Scientific observation then has established that education is not what the teacher gives, education is a natural process spontaneously carried out by the human individual, and is acquired not by listening to words but by experiences upon the environment.
