Maurya Chachan secured an impressive 2nd position in the under 7 category. Chaitanya Siotia secured a commendable 2nd position in the under 9 category. Vivaan Pansari clinched the 1st position in the under 11 category. Aarya Jain of grade 1 became the champion of 46th all assam inter district under 7 girls chess championship 2023. aarya received the trophy and a cash reward from dr.homeswar kalita, principal, gauhati commerce college. also, she is officially selected to represent assam in the upcoming national under 7 girls chess championship 2023 from 19th to 26th september 2023.

4 students of rgs secured the position and got selected to represent guwahati district in the upcoming all assam inter district chess championship 2023 in their respective category.
the results are:
1) Aarya Jain of class 1 became the champion of under 7 girls category.
2) Revansh Sarma of class ii secured 2nd position in the under 7 boys category.
3) Ayaan Lunia of class ii secured 4th position in the under 7 boys category.
4) Aariana Kashyap of class iv secured 4th position in the under 9 girls category.

Arth Agarwal of grade 5 won the boys inter club tennis tournament in the under 10 category.

Viraj Upadhyay secured 2nd position in under 13 category in the jayanta choudhury memorial open rapid chess tournament 2023 organised by the tarun sangha club.

Vanshika Goenka got bronze medal in the women’s team event and silver medal in women’s individual event at the all guwahati table tennis championship 2022-2023.
